⏰ Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel 24+ hours in advance
• Less than 24 hours: 60% service fee
• No-shows: 95% service fee
💳 Booking Policy:
Valid card required
• No charge until service completion
• Policy violations may apply charges
Reschedule Policy
• One complimentary reschedule
• Additional reschedules require a retainer
• Rescheduling after retainer = new retainer
• Retainers are non-refundable & non-transferable
➕Add-On Policy:
• Must be booked in advance
• Same-day add-ons not guaranteed
Repair Policy:
• One free repair per client
• Additional repairs start at $6
• Pricing based on length & design
📋Service Policy:
• Book correct service
• Incorrect bookings = reschedule + 50% fee
Work Policy:
• No work over other providers
• Ensures product safety & quality
✨New Client Policy:
• Book “New Client Soak Off” if needed
Grace Period Policy:
• 10 minutes grace
• $ 15 late fee after 10 minutes
• Cancelled after 15 minutes + 60% fee
💰Payment Policy:
• Cash
• Credit/Debit
Declined Card Policy:
If your card on file declines for any of the above charges for any reason, you will have to take care of your payment before your next appointment.
