At Pnk Chanel, we value your time and ours. Our policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client. Please review them carefully before booking your appointment.

⏰Cancellation Policy

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance

• Less than 24 hours: 60% service fee

• No-shows: 95% service fee

💳 Reschedule Policy

.• One complimentary reschedule

• Additional reschedules require a retainer

• Rescheduling after retainer = new retainer

• Retainers are non-refundable & non-transferable

Booking Policy

Valid card required

• No charge until service completion

• Policy violations may apply charges

➕Add-On Policy

• Must be booked in advance

• Same-day add-ons not guaranteed

✨New Client Policy

All new clients must book the Chanel Classic Facial for their first visit to allow time for a thorough consultation and customized treatment plan.

Grace Period Policy

• 10 minutes grace

• $ 15 late fee after 10 minutes

• Cancelled after 15 minutes + 60% fee

Policy Application

Once your appointment is scheduled, all policies apply.

Declined Card Policy

If your card on file declines for any policy-related charge, payment must be settled before booking your next appointment.

Scheduling & Retainers

Facials are available on any open booking day. You are no longer limited to select facial service days, allowing for greater flexibility when scheduling your self-care experience.

To secure your appointment, a $25 retainer is required. This retainer will be applied toward your total balance. Please note:
Retainers must be paid within 12 hours of booking.
If the retainer is not received, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
