Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 60% of the service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 95% of the service fee.

  • Booking Policy: To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking. You will not be charged until services have been completed.

  • Add-On Policy: All add-ons must be booked at the time of making an appointment. If you are unsure what to book, please contact us.

  • New Client Policy: If you are a new client You must book our Chanel Classic Facial.

  • Grace Period Policy: All clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $5 fee applied to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 98% of the service fee.

  • Payment Policy: Cash, Cashapp, and Credit/Debit card can be used for final payment.

  • Policy Application: Once an appointment is scheduled, all policies apply.

  • Declined Card Policy: If your card on file declines for any of the above charges for any reason, you will have to take care of your payment before your next appointment.

 

At this time Facials are conducted one Saturday a month. The dates are as follows: February 15, March 15, April 12

Once your appointment is scheduled, a $25 DEPOSIT invoice will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of booking. This deposit willbe applied toward your total balance. Please note that the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of recieving the invoice to secure your appointment. If payment is not recieved within this timeframe, your appointment will be canceled.
