Thank you for considering me for your nail & skin care needs. Before booking an appointment, please take a moment to review our policies and booking information to avoid any miscommunication. I look forward to serving you soon!

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 60% of the service fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 95% of the service fee.

Booking Policy: To secure your appointment, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking. You will not be charged until services have been completed.

Add-On Policy: All add-ons must be booked at the time of making an appointment. If you are unsure what to book, please contact us.

Repair Policy: We are pleased to offer our clients the convenience of booking repairs on our website. We offer one free repair per client. For two or more repairs, the cost starts at $6. The total cost of the repair will be determined based on the length and design of the nail.

Service Policy: Please book for the correct services. For example, if you are getting a full set, do not book for a fill. Failure to book the correct services will result in rescheduling and a 50% charge of the service fee.

Work Policy: At this moment we do not work over other’s work.

New Client Policy: If you are a new client and you need a soak off, please choose (New Client Soak Off).

Grace Period Policy: All clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, there will be a $5 fee applied to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 60% of the service fee.

Payment Policy: Cash, Cashapp, and Credit/Debit card can be used for final payment.

Policy Application: Once an appointment is scheduled, all policies apply.

Declined Card Policy: If your card on file declines for any of the above charges for any reason, you will have to take care of your payment before your next appointment.
